Feature requests: import/export and custom profit & loss reports

Lets address each question sequentially:

How soon will import/export functions be available?

These could be available as soon as the end of the month!

Will that feature be for charts of accounts/categories as well as for transactions?

At the moment we only support revenue and expense accounts, so those would be the first to be included. Asset, liability, and equity account support will be added before year end. The ground work exists on the backend, however in order to make ends meet we had to launch without their full implementation.

Will there be an ability to create profit and loss statements for custom time periods rather than just the fiscal year?

Absolutely! We can add support for that as early as next week!
